At any time, you can download data from Instagram: all your photos, videos and stories.
In the data archive you can find files with comments, likes and other information about you.
How to download data from Instagram

сверху справа. - Касаемся настроек
внизу. - Открываем раздел “Безопасность”
. - Select the item “Data Download”.
- Enter your e-mail address (email).
- Click on the “Request File” button.
- Open the letter and click on the button “Download data”.
- Log in to Instagram and save the archive.
- A data letter arrives within 48 hours at the indicated e-mail (usually much earlier);
- The file will be available for download in just a few days;
- If you forgot your password, you can restore your account on Instagram (see the article);
- You can unzip the archive and see folders with photos, videos and stories;
- Other json files can be opened via notepad (notepad);
- This instruction may come in handy if you decide to remove account on Instagram forever.
How to download data from Instagram to a computer?
Log in to the web version of Instagram.com and open your аккаунт 
справа сверху.
Возле никнейма (имя) открываем настройки и выбираем пункт “Конфиденциальность и безопасность”.
