You can insert a link to VK on Instagram so that when when visiting your profile, users could see the page in social network.
The active link to the VKontakte profile will be located under your avatar and nickname.
How to insert a link to VK on Instagram
- Открываем свой профиль
в нижней части экрана. - Click on the “Edit Profile” button near the top avatars.
- In the “Site” section, insert the link to your profile in VK.
- To copy the link, just open your profile in приложении Вконтакте, в правом верхнем углу коснуться
и выбрать пункт “Скопировать ссылку”; - You can insert a link not only to the profile, but also to community, or dialogue (vk.me/***, where *** is the id of the group or user);
- You can even make a link to WhatsApp or multi-link (see article).
- Касаемся
в правом верхнем углу, чтобы сохранить изменения.
- When you click on the link from the profile, the user will be taken to Vkontakte page.
How to add a link to VK on Instagram from a computer?
The instructions are similar: go to the web version of instagram.com, open свой профиль 
(правый верхний угол), нажмите на кнопку “Редактироватьprofile”.
In the “Website” section, add a link to your profile or VKontakte community. After these actions, do not forget to save changes (the “Submit” button below).
